摘要
人工智能与教育的深度融合,激起了人们对未来学校样态的无限遐想。未来学校在本质上是虚实融通的智慧成长场域,“教育-技术-儿童”的和谐共生是其逻辑起点,教师深厚而卓越的智能教育素养是其核心要素,培养幸福完满的儿童是其价值旨归。在人工智能的加持下,未来机器人助教将现身教学活动,“人机协同”将成为学校教育新常态;学校教育空间场域进一步拓展,“教育无边界”的观念将深入人心;智适应学习技术稳步发展,“菜单式”的个性化学习体验成为可能;教师角色的情感特征凸显,“情感补缺”成为教师的重要职业责任。为此,要加快推广未来学校的全新发展理念,重视课程资源的统整与开发,推动教育流程再造,加强对学生的情感关怀与支持。
The deep integration of artificial intelligence and education has aroused limitless imagination about the future form of schools.Future schools are essentially intelligent growth spaces that integrate the virtual and the real.The harmonious coexistence of education-technology-children serves as its logical starting point,while teachers’profound and outstanding intelligence education literacy is its core element,and the cultivation of happy and fulfilled children is its ultimate value.With the support of artificial intelligence,future robot assistants will emerge in teaching activities,and human-machine collaboration will become the new norm in school education.The spatial domain of school education will further expand,and the concept of education without boundaries will be deeply rooted in people’s minds.Adaptive learning technologies will steadily develop,making personalized learning experiences based on menus possible.The emotional characteristics of the teacher’s role will be highlighted,and emotional support will become an important professional responsibility of teachers.Therefore,it is necessary to accelerate the promotion of the new development concept of future schools,pay attention to the integration and development of curriculum resources,promote the reengineering of the education process,and strengthen emotional care and support for students.
