摘要
未来学校的实践探索与理论研究已经取得一定的成就,但是也存在着技术与教育关系的错位与失衡、未来学校与未来教育的混淆、未来学校的属性尚不明晰等问题。究其根源,在于我们对未来学校的认知依旧不足。依据智能时代社会转型、教育变革与人的发展需要,该研究认为未来学校是一种探索各类环境交汇融合、追求正式教育与非正式学习合而为一、实现人与智能体在学与教中交互共生的"混合"教育机构。未来学校在本质上是成己成人的教学共同体,其最基本、最重要的职能是教育,即通过"全方位"的教育来培养健全之人,并间接地促进"善智"之智能体和智能社会的不断发展。未来学校的建设是一项系统、动态、长期的复杂工程,需要学校、教育与社会三个层面多维力量、多种关系的综合互动与共同支撑,形成强大的"系统合力"。
While relevant theories and practices about the future school have made some progress,there are also some problems:the dislocation and imbalance of the relationship between technology and education,the confusion between future school and future education,and the attribute of future school is not clear yet.The cause lies in the lack of the cognition to future school.Based on the trends of society and education,as well as its requirements for human in AI Era,future school should be a"mixed"education institution that explores the integration of various environments,pursues the integration of formal education and informal learning,and realizes the symbiosis between human and intelligent agents in learning and teaching.The essence of school is a teaching and learning community of self-completeness,and its basic and important function is education,which means through a holistic education to cultivate holistic person,and indirectly promote the"good intelligence"of the Agent and the development of society.The construction of the future school is a systematic,dynamic and long-term complex project,which needs the comprehensive interaction and common support of the school,the education and the society,so as to form a strong"system force".
