混凝土模块化集成建筑技术在老旧小区改造中的应用

摘要 老旧小区改造作为重大的民生工程和发展工程,是提升老百姓获得感的重要工作,也是实施城市更新行动的重要内容。本文以“北京桦皮厂胡同8号楼老旧小区改造项目”为案例,阐述了混凝土模块化集成建筑技术(C-MiC)在老旧小区改造项目上的应用效果,分析本项目在设计、生产、运输和施工阶段运用的多项智能建造技术,实现3个月快速完成旧房改造,“像造汽车一样”改造成满足抗震防火等要求的永久建筑,真正破解老旧小区改造难题,同时为老旧小区提供了模块化改造的新方案。 As a major livelihood and development project,the renovation of old residential areas is not only an important task to enhance the sense of achievement of the people,but also an important part of implementing urban renewal actions.This article takes the renovation project of Building 8 in Huapichang Hutong,Beijing as example to explain the application effect of concrete modular integrated building technology(C-MiC) in the old residential areas renovation.It analyzes the multiple intelligent construction technologies used in the design,production,transportation,and construction stages of this project,achieving rapid completion of old building renovation in three months.Transforming it into a permanent building that meets seismic and fire resistance requirements,just like producing cars,truly solves the problem of renovating old residential areas,which provides a new modular renovation solution for old residential areas.
