摘要
新能源汽车是我国的重要产业,而作为新能源汽车的互补品,充电设施是提高新能源汽车覆盖率的重要保障,研究在充电设施网联化背景下如何使补贴投放更加精准有效具有重要意义。文章基于充电服务过程中价值增值的角度选择由供电公司、充电设施运营商和场地集成商三方构成的博弈模型,分别在运营补贴和成本补贴的背景下运用逆向归纳法进行求解并进行对比分析。结果发现:两种补贴方式都具有提升充电设施运营商加大设施投入的作用,但不同补贴方式带来的具体效果存在相对差异。在一定范围内,运营补贴下充电设施运营商会通过相比较低的充电服务费获得更多需求,从而获得更多利润;而成本补贴下,充电设施运营商更容易有更高的设施投入水平。在预算有限的情况下,政府应该根据具体目标选择更有效的调节工具。
New energy vehicles are an important industry in China,and as a complementary product of new energy vehicles,charging facilities are an important guarantee to improve the coverage of new energy vehicles.It is important to use the available information to make the subsidy placement more accurate and effective in the context of intelligent network connection of charging facilities.This paper selects a game model consisting of three parties:Power supply company,charging facility operator and site integrator based on the perspective of value-added in the charging service process,and applies the inverse induction method to solve and compare the analysis in the context of operation subsidy and cost subsidy respectively.The results show that both subsidy methods have the effect of increasing the charging facility operators'investment in facilities,but there are relative differences in the specific effects brought by different subsidy methods.Within a certain range,charging facility operators under operational subsidies will obtain more demand through relatively low charging service fees and thus earn more profits,while charging facility operators under cost subsidies are more likely to have higher facility investment levels.With limited budgets,governments should choose more effective regulation tools based on specific objectives.
