摘要
丰田精益生产模式对企业生产效率的提升产生了显著的正面影响。作为丰田现场管理的核心精益工具,5S改进活动被视为实现精益生产不可或缺的步骤。本研究以员工认知负载为视角对5S改进活动进行建模,发现其能够有效降低员工认知负载,减少生产决策时间,从而促进员工生产效率。同时,研究强调了在5S改进中持续改善和及时维护生产环境的重要性,为企业管理者在实施5S现场管理提供了有益的管理启示。
The Toyota Lean Manufacturing System has significantly positive effects on enhancing corporate production efficiency.As a core lean tool in Toyota's on-site management,the 5S improvement activity is considered an indispensable step in achieving lean manufacturing.This study modeled the 5S improvement activity from the perspective of employee cognitive load,revealing its ability to reduce cognitive load,reduce production decision-making time,and thereby promote employee productivity.Additionally,the study emphasized the importance of continuous improvement and timely maintenance of the on-site production environment in the context of 5S improvement.These findings provide valuable managerial insights for corporate leaders implementing on-site 5S management.
