摘要
新冠疫情这一重大突发公共卫生事件发生后,医防融合建设上升到更高的高度。医院以医联体建设为载体,疾病管理为抓手,关注全生命周期管理,拓展管理半径,围绕重症、大病、慢病及健康管理开展系列工作,着力构建医防融合新体系,规范管理病种、推广适宜技术、提升基层服务能力,促进区域医疗高质量发展。
After the outbreak of COVID-19,a major public bealth cmergency,the integration of medicine and prevention has risen to a higher level.The hospital takes the construction of medical alliance as the carrier,and disease management as the focus,focuses on full lifecycle management,cxpands management radius,and carries out a series of work around severe,serious,chronic,and health managemnent.It also focuses on building a new system of medical and prevention integration,standardizing discase management,promoting suitable technologies,enhancing grassroots service capabilities,and prormoting high-quality development of regional medical care.
