摘要
医防融合模式打破了长期以来“医”和“防”分离的旧格局,给慢病防控工作带来新的机遇和挑战;分析医防融合模式带给慢病防控工作的利与弊,探讨解决问题的方法,推动慢病防控工作健康发展。
The integration model of medical care and disease prevention breaks the traditional old pattern which separates the disease prevention from the medical care,and then brings about new opportunities and challenges for disease control and prevention of chronic diseases.Analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the integration model of medical care and disease prevention and exploring the methods to solve the problem would promote the healthy development of chronic diseases control and prevention.
