摘要
通过肩胛骨翼伤的患者与普通人之间的对比,分析在康复运动动作的影响下颈部肩部肌肉的活性差异,并分析在康复运动过程中的肌活性。研究对象为20~30岁的男大学生,共40人参与,对20例对照组(24.70±1.38)岁和20例肩胛骨翼伤组(26.88±1.73)岁。在肩胛骨外侧滑动实验(LSST)中,受试者采用表面肌电图检测7例康复运动时上斜方肌、下斜方肌和前锯肌的肌电活动。检查结果显示SSUP、SSTP、LSST2、LSST3上均出现群体间显着性差异,且肩胛骨翼伤组显著高于对照组。在恢复运动的作用下,肌活性在站立动态拥抱、站立外旋和肩胛骨收缩后提拉三组动作的上斜方肌和下斜方肌(UT/LT)活性的比值在群体间均有显着性差异。UT/LT比率的最佳行为包括:站立动态拥抱、站立外旋、肩胛骨收缩后提拉,UT/SA比值最好的动作为站立动态拥抱、跪姿俯卧撑和球上俯卧撑。结论得出肩胛骨翼伤在肩部康复运动动作中表现为上斜方肌的活性升高和下斜方肌及前锯肌的活性降低;站立动态拥抱,站立外旋,和肩胛骨收缩后提拉动作是最能增加下斜方肌活性的动作。另外,前锯齿肌的活性以闭合链动作跪姿俯卧撑和球上俯卧撑最为合适。在进行肩部康复运动时,筛选能改善这种不平衡的动作是十分必要的。
The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference of neck and shoulder muscle activity under the influence of rehabilitation movement,and analyze the muscle activity in the process of rehabilitation movement.[METHODS]40 male college students in their 20s to 30s,were divided into normal group(24.70±1.38years)and scapular winging group(26.88±1.73years).The subjects performed SSUP,SSTP,LSST2,LSST3 of clinical test for determine the asymmetry.In the experiment of lateral gliding of scapula.Muscle activity of the upper trapezius,lower trapezius,and anterior serratus during 7 rehabilitation exercise were measured using surface electromyography.[RESULTS]There were significant differences between groups on SSUP,SSTP,LSST2,LSST3.The scapular wing injury group was significantly higher than the normal group.Under the action of recovery exercise,there were significant differences in deltoid activity and UT/LT ratio between groups in standing dynamic tiger,external rotation and press up with scalar retraction.There were significant differences in saw muscle activity between groups in push up plus action.There were significant differences in UT/SA ratio between groups in push up on the ball action.The best behaviors of UT/LT ratio include:standing dynamic tiger,external rotation,press-displayed as up with scalar retraction action,and the best behaviors of UT/SA ratio are standing dynamic tiger,push-up plus and push-up on the ball action.[CONCLUSION]the activity of upper back deltoid muscle and lower back deltoid muscle and anterior serrated muscle are increased in shoulder rehabilitation movement;In shoulder rehabilitation exercise,it is very necessary to screen actions that can improve this imbalance.
