RC顶升托梁与砖砌体受力性能试验研究

摘要 为研究RC顶升托梁与砖砌体接触界面的复合受力性能,设计了3种类型共10个双梁夹墙托换构件,对其进行静力加载试验,从而研究不同接触面积、连接方式对托换结构受力性能的影响。试验结果表明,托换构件共有3种破坏形式:一是沿RC顶升托梁与砖砌体界面发生剪切滑移破坏,二是上部砖砌体受压破坏,三是RC顶升托梁与砖砌体界面开裂且砖砌体受压破坏。根据试验结果,销键、穿墙筋与托梁协同作用,钢筋应变变化趋势具有一致性;销键连接与穿墙筋连接均对界面抗剪能力有所增强,使构件极限荷载有所提升;无连接措施的托换构件存在脆性破坏的风险,实际工程中不建议采用,而销键和穿墙筋连接的构件具有延性破坏特征,能够满足实际工程需求。 In order to study the composite mechanical properties of the contact interface between the RC supporting beam and brick masonry,a total of 10 double beam sandwiched wall supporting members of three types were designed,and static loading tests were carried out on them,so as to study the influence of different contact areas and connection modes on the mechanical properties of the supporting beam.The test results show that there are three failure modes of the supporting members:first,shear slip failure along the interface between RC supporting beam and brick masonry;second,compressive failure of the upper brick masonry;and third,fracture of the interface between RC supporting beam and brick masonry and compressive failure of brick masonry.According to the experimental results,pin keys,the through-wall bar and supporting beam act synergistically,and the strain variation trend of steel bars is consistent.Both pin key connection and through-wall bar connection enhance the shear strength of the interface and increase the ultimate load of the members.The supporting members without connecting measures has the risk of brittle failure,so it is not recommended to use it in practical engineering.However,the members connected by pin keys and through-wall bars have ductile failure characteristics,which can meet the requirements of practical engineering.
