摘要
中国特色公安管理学科体系、学术体系、话语体系是支撑公安管理学发展的“三大体系”。科学哲学的通约性为公安管理学“三大体系”的建构提供了协调处理学科融通性和独立性,捍卫学科合法性和彰显中国特色的有益视角。通约性视角下公安管理学科体系建构,应当凸显学科知识体系政治内核,厘清与亲缘学科的关系,注重学科内部资源整合与结构优化,完善学科知识承载体系;通约性视角下公安管理学术体系建构,应当遵循“中体西用,化外兴中”的研究范式,坚持以马克思主义为指导,扎根公安管理实践问题土壤,融汇亲缘学科理论方法,注重跨界前沿学科旁通创新;通约性视角下公安管理话语体系建构,应当在内化原创中增强自信自觉,在时代实践下彰显社会价值,在利益表达中坚持人民立场,在国际视野下激发世界共鸣。
The disciplinary system,academic system,and discourse system are the three systems that support the development of public security management.The commensurability of philosophy of science provides a useful perspective for the systematic construction by coordinating the integration and independence of disciplines,safeguarding the rationality of disciplines and highlighting Chinese characteristics.In this context,the discipline should be constructed by taking politicalness as its core disciplinary attribute,clarifying its relationship with related disciplines,and integrating the established disciplinary knowledge.Based on the research paradigm of westernized Chinese style,the discipline should also be constructed by adhering to Marxism,basing studies on Chinese practice,integrating the theories and methods of related disciplines,and keeping track of academic frontiers.The systematic construction should display academic confidence in localized theoretical innovation,embody its social value in contemporary practice,and draw global attention while representing Chinese disciplinary stancepeople are centered.
