摘要
骨质疏松症是一种以骨量减少和骨微结构破坏为主要原因的全身性代谢疾病,随着对该疾病的研究不断深入,对于骨质疏松的治疗方式多样且疗效显著。肠道微生物是广泛存在于人体的独特的微生物群,肠道微生物通过某种“特殊作用”将肠道和大脑之间联系起来,形成微生物、肠脑轴,许多物质可通过此轴影响该疾病的发展进程,进而延缓骨质疏松的发生与发展。基于此,文章综述了肠道菌群的作用及与疾病的相关性、微生物、肠脑轴与骨质疏松症之间的关系、脑肠轴与肠脑轴的相互作用以及中药通过微生物调节骨关系对骨质疏松的作用,以期为临床深入研究肠道微生物与骨质疏松症之间的关系及诊疗提供参考。
Osteoporosis is a systemic metabolic disease mainly caused by bone loss and bone microstructure destruction.With the deepening of the research on this disease,the treatment methods for osteoporosis are diverse and effective.Intestinal microorganism is a unique microbial group widely existing in human body.Intestinal microorganism connects the intestine with the brain through a certain"special function",forming the axis of microorganism and intestine brain.Many substances can affect the development process of the disease through this axis,thus delaying the occurrence and development of osteoporosis.Based on this,this paper summarizes the function of intestinal flora and its correlation with diseases,the relationship between microorgan-isms,intestinal axis and osteoporosis,the interaction between brain axis and intestinal axis,and the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on osteoporosis by regulating bone relationship through microorganisms,in order to provide reference for clinical in-depth study of the relationship between intestinal microorganisms and osteoporosis and its diagnosis and treatment.
