摘要
目的:探讨基于行为改变理论(BCW)的健康教育应用于脱敏治疗过敏性哮喘患者中的效果。方法:按照随机数字表法将本院2020年12月—2021年12月收治的68例接受脱敏治疗的过敏性哮喘患者分为两组,每组34例。两组均接受脱敏治疗,对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组采用基于BCW的健康教育,比较两组疾病控制效果、疾病知识认知水平及用药信念。结果:干预4周后,观察组ACT评分高于对照组,哮喘日间、夜间症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组疾病认知各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组必要性信念评分高于对照组,顾虑信念评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对接受脱敏治疗的过敏性哮喘患者应用基于BCW的健康教育干预效果较好,有利于提高患者疾病知识认知水平,增强用药信念,增强疾病控制,促进疾病恢复。
Objective:To investigate the effect of health education based on the behavior change theory(BCW)in desensitization in allergic asthma patients.Methods:According to the random number table method,68 patients with allergic asthma who received desensitization treatment in our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were divided into two groups,with 34 patients in each group.Both groups received desensitization treatment.The control group received routine health education,and the observation group received health education based on BCW.The disease control effect,disease knowledge cognition level and medication belief were compared between the two groups.Results:After 4 weeks of intervention,the ACT score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the daytime and nighttime symptom scores of asthma were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension of disease cognition in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of necessity belief in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the score of concern belief was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of BCW-based health education intervention in patients with allergic asthma receiving desensitization therapy has a good effect,which is conducive to improving the patient's knowledge of disease knowledge,enhancing medication beliefs,enhancing disease control,and promoting disease recovery.
