外源物质对厌氧氨氧化工艺运行的影响研究进展

摘要 厌氧氨氧化(Anammox)工艺是一种新兴的污水脱氮工艺,但Anammox细菌抗逆性差、世代时间长和启动时间久等问题限制了Anammox工艺的推广和应用。添加外源物质是缩短Anammox工艺启动时间和强化Anammox体系脱氮性能的有效手段。因此,为了解外源物质对Anammox工艺脱氮能力的影响并阐明其提高Anammox体系脱氮效能的机理,综述了常见外源物质提高Anammox工艺脱氮性能的机理,指出了外源物质添加量对Anammox工艺影响的共性,总结了外源物质强化Anammox工艺脱氮效能研究的局限性。结果表明,外源添加铁、锰、铜、镍、钾、钙和石墨烯等材料通过优化Anammox细菌生境、刺激Anammox功能微生物富集、调控脱氮相关功能基因的表达和酶的合成、促进胞外分泌物合成、提高Anammox细菌抗逆性等途径提高Anammox反应器的脱氮性能。当前,大量研究停留在实验室阶段,且仅考虑单一外源物质对Anammox体系的影响。今后的研究应重点考虑多种外源物质对Anammox体系脱氮能力的协同促进或拮抗效果,讨论不同工况下外源物质的适宜添加量,探究外源物质调控Anammox细菌生理活动的机制及强化Anammox体系脱氮效能的机理。 The anaerobic ammonium oxidation(Anammox)process is an emerging wastewater denitrification process.However,problems such as poor stress resistance of Anammox bacteria,long generation time,and long start-up time limited the promotion and application of the Anammox process.Adding exogenous substances is an effective means to shorten the start-up time of the Anammox process and enhance the denitrification performance of the Anammox system.Therefore,in order to understand the impact of exogenous substances on the denitrification performance of the Anammox process and clarify the mechanism by which it improves the denitrification efficiency of the Anammox system,this article reviewed the mechanisms by which common exogenous substances improve the denitrification performance of the Anammox process,pointed out the commonality of the impact of the addition of exogenous substances on the Anammox process,and summarized the limitations of the study on the denitrification efficiency of the exogenous substance-enhanced Anammox process.The results showed that exogenous addition of materials(such as iron,manganese,copper,nickel,potassium,calcium and graphene)improved the denitrification performance of the Anammox reactor by improving the Anammox bacterial habitat,stimulating the enrichment of Anammox functional microorganisms,regulating the expression of denitrification-related functional genes,promoting exocrine synthesis,and improving the stress resistance of Anammox bacteria.Currently,a large number of studies remain at the laboratory stage and only consider the impact of a single exogenous substance on the Anammox system.Future research should focus on considering the synergistic promotion or antagonistic effects of multiple exogenous substances on the denitrification ability of the Anammox system,discussing the appropriate addition amounts of exogenous substances under different working conditions,and exploring the mechanism by which exogenous substances regulate the physiological activities of Anammox bacteria and enhance
