超高效液相-三重四极杆质谱联用仪测定新会陈皮中柚皮苷、川陈皮素、橙皮苷、橘皮素、辛弗林的检测方法研究

摘要 以超高效液相-三重四极杆质谱为技术基础,建立了可同时测定新会陈皮中柚皮苷、川陈皮素、橙皮苷、橘皮素、辛弗林等成分的检测方法。该方法中柚皮苷、川陈皮素、橘皮素、辛弗林的线性范围为25~1000μg·L^(-1),橙皮苷线性范围为100~2000μg·L^(-1),线性系数均>0.995,线性良好。经验证,该方法简单高效,灵敏度高,精确性好,能够满足新会陈皮中相关成分的检测要求。 Based on ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry,a method for simultaneous determination of naringin,nobiletin,hesperidin,tangeretin and synephrine in Xinhui tangerine peel was established.In this method,the linear range of naringin,nobiletin,tangeretin and synephrine was 25~1000μg·L^(-1),and the linear range of hesperidin was 100~2000μg·L^(-1).The linear coefficients were all>0.995,and the linearity was good.The verification showed that the method was simple and efficient,with high sensitivity and good accuracy,and could meet the detection requirements of related components in Xinhui tangerine peel.
