摘要
针对中国铁路武汉局集团有限公司2006年以来发生的145件断轨案例,按照断轨因素及断轨分布两方面进行了钢轨折断相关性的统计分析。其中断轨因素分析线路通过总重、接头种类及焊接质量、季节及锁定轨温、线路平面情况、探伤责任等;断轨分布分析伤损种类、钢轨部位、线路位置。通过统计分析确定钢轨折断关联性,提出了防止钢轨折断的对策。
Based on 145 rail fracture cases in China Railway Wuhan Group since 2006,the correlation of fractured rail was analyzed statistically according to the factors of fractured rail and the distribution of fractured rail.Among them,the fractured rail factors are divided into the total weight of the line,the type and quality of the weld,the season and the temperature of the locked rail,the railway track plan,the fault detection responsibility,etc.The distribution of fractured rail includes damage type,rail position and line position.The reason of the correlation is found through statistical analysis,and the countermeasures to prevent the rail from fracture are formulated.
