摘要
在实时断轨检测系统中,为了准确获取钢轨断裂信息,需要将电流传感器的电压信号准确、可靠并及时地传输至上位机。利用CAN总线数据传输的优良特性和塑料光纤在短距离通信中的优势,设计了CAN总线光纤网络实现数据传输。研究适用于断轨检测系统网络的拓扑结构,设计了一种CAN总线光纤通信接口电路,通过两节点通信实验验证该电路的正确性,最后对CAN网络的传输性能进行分析,结果表明:采用CAN总线光纤网络传输数据提高了系统的抗干扰能力。
In real-time broken rail detecting system,in order to obtain broken rail information accurately, it needs to transmit the voltage signal of the current sensor to upper computer accurately, reliably and real-time. Using the excellent characteristics of data transmission for controller area network (CAN) bus and advantage of plastic optical fiber in short distance communication, the optical fiber network of CAN bus is designed to achieve data transmission. Network topological structure suitable for broken rail detecting system is researched, a kind of communication interface circuit for the optical fiber of CAN bus is designed and the correctness is verified through the two nodes communication experiment. The transmission performance of CAN network is analyzed. The results show that using the optical fiber network of CAN bus to transmit data improves the anti-interference ability of the system.
