摘要
针对用传统布局设计方法布置机械加工车间计算量大、主观依赖性强、涉及较大返工工作量等问题,采用层次化方法,以快速、准确、可扩展为目标,设计布局优化系统架构。该系统架构以布局设计为主要功能,包括用户界面层、应用层、数据层和系统支撑层,各层之间通过接口进行数据处理。根据系统架构分析开发的以SLP和GA为基础方法的面向机械加工车间的布局优化系统不仅能完成车间设备的布置优化,还能对布局优化结果进行评价,并通过仿真实验分析为实际决策提供可靠的信息。
Since traditional layout design method for machinery processing workshops has many problems such as large amount of calculation,strong subjective dependence and larger rework effort.A layout optimization system architecture is presented with hierarchical approach and fast,accurate,and extended as the objective.The main function of this system architecture is layout design,and including the user interface layer,application layer,data layer and system support layer.Data processing can be achieved between the layers through the interface.The layout optimization system of machine shop is developed based on analysis of the system architecture and SLP and the GA method.It can not only complete the optimal layout of workshop equipment,but also evaluate the optimal layout results and provide reliable information for the actual decision through the simulation analysis.
