摘要
针对可重构混合流水线具有并行设备的特点,使用设施规划与生产调度综合迭代的方法,解决实际运行中由于设备性能不一而导致的物流偏差对布局产生影响的问题。首先,在对可重构混流生产线进行分析的基础上,改进了传统规划流程,提出了设施规划与生产调度并行解决的初步方案。然后对多行设施布局和混流生产线分别建模,利用路径系数对物料流向进行优化。接着,模块化构建并行算法,通过物流距离与物流量数据的相互传递和设置停止判断实现相互迭代与循环终止。最后,通过实例,验证了该算法能够在并行设备性能不一的情况下,有效解决混流生产线设施布局的优化问题。
In view of the characteristics of the parallel equipment on the reconfigurable hybrid production line, we used the comprehensive iterative method for facility planning and production scheduling to deal with the influence on the layout of the facility caused by the logistics deviation due to the different working capacity of the parallel equipment in actual operation. Firstly, based on an analysis of the reconfigurable hybrid flow production line, we improved the traditional planning process, and proposed a preliminary scheme for the parallel solution of the facility planning and production scheduling problem. Then we respectively modeled the multi-row facility layout and the hybrid flow production line, and optimized the material flow using the path coefficient. Next, a modularized parallel algorithm was constructed to realize mutual iteration and cycle termination by the mutual transmission of the logistics distance and volume data and making termination judgment. At the end, through an empirical example, we verified that the algorithm could effectively optimize facility layout of the hybrid flow production line with parallel equipment of unbalanced working capacity.
