摘要
目的:研究个性化护理对顺产产妇产后睡眠质量、生活质量以及乳房胀痛的影响效果。方法:选取2022年1月1日—2023年6月30日河南中医药大学第一附属医院妇产科分娩的顺产产妇104人,以随机抽签的方式将其分为对照组和干预组,每组产妇52人。给予对照组产妇手指点穴及基础护理,在此基础上给予干预组产妇个性化护理。干预前后采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表、健康调查简表(SF-36)、视觉模拟评分(VAS)量表对产妇睡眠质量、生活质量、乳房胀痛情况进行评估,并调查产妇护理满意度。比较两组产妇产后睡眠质量、生活质量、乳房胀痛程度、护理满意度。结果:干预组产妇睡眠质量评分、生活质量评分、护理满意度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组产妇乳房胀痛程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:顺产产妇采取手指点穴联合个性化护理后睡眠质量、生活质量均明显提升,乳房胀痛减轻,产妇十分满意。
OBJECTIVE To study the effects of personalized nursing on postpartum sleep quality,quality of life and breast tenderness in parturient women.METHODS A total of 104 women who gave birth in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine from January 1,2022 to June 30,2023 were selected and divided into control group and intervention group by random drawing,with 52 women in each group.The control group was given finger point and basic nursing,and the intervention group was given personalized nursing on this basis.The sleep quality,quality of life and breast tenderness were evaluated by Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Health Survey Summary Form(SF-36)and visual analog scale(VAS)before and after the intervention,and the satisfaction of maternal nursing was investigated.The quality of postpartum sleep,quality of life,breast tenderness and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.RESULTS The scores of sleep quality,quality of life and nursing satisfaction in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of breast tenderness in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION After taking finger point combined with personalized care,the quality of sleep and quality of life are significantly improved,and the breast tenderness is reduced,and the parturient women are very satisfied.
