摘要
目的:探讨个性化护理在产科自然顺产孕妇中的护理效果。方法:选取医院产科收住的110例自然顺产孕妇,根据不同护理方式分成观察组和对照组,各55例。对照组孕妇接受常规护理,观察组孕妇在对照组基础上应用个性化护理。结果:观察组产妇第一产程、第二产程、第三产程以及总产程时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇分娩72 h后的SAS评分以及分娩24 h、72 h后的VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个性化护理能显著缩短顺产产程,降低患者分娩焦虑和疼痛,有利于提高整体护理满意度。
Objective:To analyze the nursing effectiveness of personalized nursing in pregnant women with natural spontaneous delivery in obstetrics.Methods:110 cases of spontaneous abortion pregnant women with obstetric were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing methods,55 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given individualized nursing on the basis of the control group.Results:The duration of the first stage,the second stage,the third stage and the total stage of labor in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The SAS score after 72 hours of delivery and VAS score after 24 hours and 72 hours of delivery in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized nursing can significantly shorten the process of spontaneous labor,reduce the anxiety and pain of delivery,and improve the overall nursing satisfaction.
