摘要
制造企业在智能制造改革过程中的主要目的是降低生产成本,提高生产效益,而当前生产设备的低利用率成为制约其发展的一大重要因素。对制造企业当前面临的生产状况进行分析,并将信息物理系统与企业的实际情况相结合,使用层次化的方法设计了一套设备管理系统。通过系统的建设,改善了数控机床的生产状况,使得生产设备得到了充分的利用,科学有效地提高了企业的生产效率,最终实现降本增效的目的。
The main purpose of manufacturing enterprises in the process of intelligent manufacturing reform is to reduce production costs and improve production efficiency,but the low utilization rate of production equipment has become an important factor restricting its development.The current production situation of manufacturing enterprises was analyzed,cyber-physical systems were combined with the actual situation of enterprises,and a set of equipment management system by using hierarchical method was designed.Through the construction of the system,the production status of CNC machine tools is improved,the production equipment is fully utilized,the production efficiency of enterprises is scientifically and effectively improved,and the purpose of reducing costs and increasing efficiency is finally realized.
