摘要
目的系统评价中国大学生人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)检测意愿,为防疫部门和各高校制订合适的方案提高中国大学生HIV检测的意愿提供依据。方法计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国知网(CNKI)、维普网和万方数据知识服务平台、PubMed、EMbase、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、CINAHL,检索时限为建库至2022年11月经国内外公开发表的关于中国大学生HIV检测意愿的相关文献。由2名研究人员独立对文献进行筛选和数据提取,采用美国卫生保健研究和质量机构推荐的横断面研究评价量表对纳入文献进行质量评价,采用Stata17.0软件进行单个率的Meta分析合并意愿率,对纳入研究进行Egger秩相关检验和漏斗图判断发表偏倚。结果最终纳入文献28篇,共涉及大学生154732例;Meta分析结果显示,我国大学生的总体HIV检测意愿率为65.20%[95%CI(56.50%~73.90%)];亚组分析结果显示:研究地区在东北和东部地区、性别为男性、户籍为城市、学历为专科、医学专业、既往有性行为史、知晓HIV检测知识的大学生HIV检测意愿率更高。结论中国大学生HIV检测意愿处于中等水平,政府和各大高校应加强合作,应针对不同人群制订合理的方案,为其创造支持性环境,整合完善相关措施以提高我国大学生的HIV检测意愿。
OBJECTIVE To systematically evaluate the willingness of Chinese university students for human immu-nodeficiency virus(HIV)detection,and provide evidence to formulate appropriate programs to improve college students'willingness to test HIV in epidemic prevention departments and universities of China.METHODS Sys-tematic review of the domestic and foreign published literature related to HIV testing willingness of college students in China was conducted in electronic databases,including SinoMed,CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data,PubMed,EMbase,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,and CINAHL from the establishment of the database to November,2022.The literature was screened and the data were extracted,the quality of included studies was as-sessed by using Critical Appraisal Tools published by AHRQ.The single rate meta-analysis was performed by Sta-ta 17.0 software to analysis the rates of willingness.Egger rank correlation and funnel plot were used to determine publication bias for included studies.RESULTS A total of 154732 college students were included in the 28 articles ultimately included.Meta-analysis showed that the overall HIV testing willingness of college students in China was 65.20%[95%CI(56.50%-73.90%)].Subgroup analyses showed that HIV testing intentions were higher among college students who studied in the Northeast and East,male,lived in urban area,junior college students,ma-jored in medicine,had sexual experiences,and had knowledgeable about HIV testing.CONCLUSION The willing-ness of Chinese university students for HIV detection is at an intermediate level.The government and universities should strengthen cooperation,formulate reasonable programs for different groups of people,create a supportive environment for them,and integrate the relevant measures to improve the HIV testing willingness of college students in China.
