摘要
西方的多民族国家建设,经历了同化模式、文化多元主义、整合模式,都未真正解开多民族国家戈迪亚斯之结。在中国式现代化进程中,中国给出了多民族国家建设的“中国方案”:坚持民族区域自治制度,以共同富裕为导向,以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为民族工作的主线,持续推进民族事务治理现代化。综观中国对多民族国家戈迪亚斯之结的破解,关键在于以中国式现代化推进多民族国家建设,坚持中华民族“一体”与“多元”的辩证统一,遵循国家治理的大逻辑,致力汇聚各民族的磅礴力量,共同推进中华民族伟大复兴。中国式现代化的多民族国家建设,为多民族国家破解民族与国家结构性张力的戈迪亚斯之结提供了中国智慧和中国经验。
The construction of multi-ethnic countries in the West has gone through the assimilation model,cultural pluralism and integration model,but none of them has really solved the Gordian knot of multi-ethnic countries.In the process of Chinese modernization,China has given a“Chinese proposal”for the construction of a multi-ethnic country:adhering to the system of regional ethnic autonomy,taking common prosperity as the guide,forging a strong sense of Chinese national community as the mainline of ethnic work,and promoting the modernization of the governance of ethnic affairs.The key to China's solution to the Gordian knot of multi-ethnic countries lies in promoting the construction of a multi-ethnic country through Chinese-style modernization,adhering to the dialectical unity of the Chinese nation's“oneness”and“plurality”,following the logic of national governance,and endeavoring to gather the majestic strength of the various ethnic groups to jointly promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The construction of a multi-ethnic country through Chinese-style modernization provides Chinese wis⁃dom and experience for multi-ethnic countries to break the Gordian knot of structural tension between the nation and the state.
