摘要
随着“十四五”规划的实施,如何把握“十四五”时期的重要机遇,提高我国图情档学科学术论文的创新能力成为学科发展的重要内容。文章从对学术论文的价值阐释、创新点的挖掘、创新性的提升策略等方面对我国“十四五”时期的学术论文创新进行了分析,为我国图情档学科在“十四五”时期实现学术论文创新及学科的高质量发展提供有力参考。
With the implementation of the “14th Five Year” Plan,how to seize the important opportunities during the “14th Five Year” Plan period and improve the innovation ability of academic papers in the field of graphic and information science in China has become an important aspect of disciplinary development.The article analyzes the innovation of academic papers in China during the “14th Five Year” Plan period from the perspectives of explaining the value of academic papers,exploring innovative points,and implementing innovative strategies,which provides a strong reference for the achievement of academic paper innovation and high-quality development of the discipline of graphic and information science in China during the “14th Five Year” Plan period.
