摘要
根据教育部2002年8月6日颁布的《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》,我国普通高校体育课程的社会适应目标是通过参与体育课程,提高大学生的社会适应能力。而根据2014年教育部颁布的《关于全面深化课程改革落实立德树人根本任务的意见》,高校体育课程在核心素养视阈下应该帮助学生形成适应终身发展和社会发展需要的必备品格和关键能力。为了达成高校体育课程的社会适应目标,文章采用文献资料法和访谈法等研究方法进行理论分析,并提出了一些可行性较高的对策。这些对策可能包括:①设计体育课程内容,注重培养学生的团队合作、沟通能力和领导力等社会交往能力;②组织体育活动,提供学生与社会互动的机会,如与社区、企业合作开展体育项目;③加强体育教师的培训和素质提升,提高他们的教学水平和专业能力,以更好地引导学生实现社会适应目标。这些对策对于我国高校体育教学改革和高校体育素质教育具有一定的参考价值,可以丰富大学生社会适应能力教育的理论体系。
According to the National Guiding Outline for the Teaching of Physical Education Courses in Colleges and Universities promulgated by the Ministry of Education on August 6,2002,the social adaptation goal of physical education courses in ordinary colleges and universities in China is to improve the social adaptability of college students through participation in physical education courses.According to the"Opinions on Comprehensively Deepening Curriculum Reform and Implementing the Fundamental Task of Cultivating Morality"issued by the Ministry of Education in 2014,college physical education courses should help students form the necessary character and key abilities to meet the needs of lifelong development and social development from the perspective of core literacy.In order to achieve the goal of social adaptation of college physical education courses,this paper uses the literature method and interview method to conduct theoretical analysis,and puts forward some feasible countermeasures.These strategies may include:①Designing physical education curriculum content that focuses on developing students'social communication skills such as teamwork,communication skills,and leadership;②Organize sports activities and provide opportunities for students to interact with society,such as cooperating with communities and enterprises to carry out sports projects;③Strengthen physical education teachers training and quality improvement,and improve their teaching level and professional ability to guide students better in achieving social adaptation goals.These countermeasures have certain reference valus for the reform of physical education teaching and physical education in colleges and universities in China and can enrich the theoretical system of college students'social adaptability education.
