摘要
“积极老龄化”是全球应对人口老龄化的基本理念和政策基础。日本作为世界上老龄化程度最高的国家,在践行积极老龄化理念、建设适老化社会方面积累了较为丰富的经验。日本《朝日新闻》借助于积极老龄化媒介话语的建构,在社会动因、媒体环境视角及其老龄化报道等方面阐释了积极老龄化内涵,发挥了媒介赋权功能,并构建讨论空间,在一定程度上推动了社会和谐。这些经验和做法给予我们的启示是:应结合中国老龄社会特点,在积极老龄化媒介话语建构中创新报道理念,充分了解群体需求,完善信息功能;丰富报道话语,强调参与共建意识,提升群体成就感;挖掘报道价值,增强舆论引导功能,推进形象建构。
“Active aging”is the basic concept and policy foundation for the global response to aging.As the country with the highest level of aging in the world,Japan has accumulated rich experience in implementing the concept of active aging and building an age-friendly society.The Asahi Shimbun in Japan,through the construction of active aging media discourse,has elucidated the connotations of active aging from the perspectives of social dynamics,media environment,and its reporting on aging,thereby fulfilling the media’s empowering function and creating a discussion space,which to some extent has promoted social harmony.These experiences and practices offer us some insights:we should combine the characteristics of China’s aging society,innovate reporting concepts in the construction of active aging media discourse,fully understand the needs of the group,and improve information functions;enrich reporting discourse,emphasize the awareness of participatory co-construction,and enhance group achievement;unearth the value of reporting,strengthen the function of public opinion guidance,and promote image construction.
