摘要
厘清要不要、从哪里来、谁来培养、怎样培养等基本问题,是乡村教师本土培养纵深推进的前提。必须在更高层次、更宽领域、更高水平上理解乡村教师本土培养的价值,解决认识问题;确立定向培养为乡村本土教师供给主渠道,解决来源问题;明确地方师范院校培养乡村本土教师的独特优势,解决院校主体问题;基于乡村教育场域,培养“追梦人“”新乡贤“”大先生”,解决目标、路径问题。
Clarifying the basic issues of whether or not,who to be cultivated,who to cultivate,and how to cultivate is a prerequisite for deepening the rural teachers' localized cultivation.We must understand the value of local cultivating of rural teachers at a higher level and in a wider field,establish directional cultivation as the main supply channel for rural local teachers,and clarify the unique advantages of local normal colleges in cultivating rural local teachers.In that case,we can solve the problems of goals and paths for cultivating "dream chasers","new rural talents" and“Great Teachers”based on the field of rural education.
