PLOD1、NFE2L3在结直肠癌组织中的表达及意义

Expression and Significance of PLOD1 and NFE2L3 in Colorectal Cancer Tissues

摘要 目的:探讨前胶原赖氨酸2-氧代戊二酸5-双加氧酶1(PLOD1)、核因子E2相关因子3(NFE2L3)在结直肠癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法:前瞻性选取我院2020年9月至2021年6月收治的90例结直肠癌患者进行研究,取患者癌组织及癌旁组织,检测PLOD1、NFE2L3表达水平。随访2年,根据随访结果将患者分为2个亚组,即转移组(20例)和非转移组(70例),比较2组患者一般临床特征及PLOD1、NFE2L3表达水平,并应用Logistic回归分析PLOD1、NFE2L3对结直肠癌转移的预测价值。结果:结直肠癌组织PLOD1、NFE2L3阳性表达率及相对表达量均高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。转移组与非转移组患者性别、年龄、身体质量指数(BMI)、肿瘤位置、肿瘤直径比较无明显差异(P>0.05),转移组与非转移组患者临床分期、组织分化程度、PLOD1及NFE2L3阳性率比较差异显著(P<0.05);对单因素分析具有统计学差异的指标进行赋值,最终Logistic回归分析结果显示,临床分期、组织分化程度、PLOD1阳性及NFE2L3阳性表达为结直肠癌转移的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:结直肠癌患者癌组织中PLOD1、NFE2L3表达水平明显上调,其表达与结直肠癌的转移密切相关,可考虑将PLOD1、NFE2L3作为结直肠癌转移的分子标记物。 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of procollagen lysine 2-oxoglutarate 5-dioxygenase 1(PLOD1)and nuclear factor E2-related factor 3(NFE2L3)in colorectal cancer tissues.Methods A prospective study was conducted on 90patients with colorectal cancer admitted to our hospital from September 2020to June 2021.Cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were taken to detect the expression levels of PLOD1and NFE2L3.After 2years of follow-up,the patients were divided into two subgroups according to the follow-up results,namely metastasis group(20cases)and non-metastasis group(70cases).The general clinical characteristics and the expression levels of PLOD1and NFE2L3in the 2groups were compared,and the predictive value of PLOD1and NFE2L3for colorectal cancer metastasis was analyzed by logistic regression analysis.Results The positive expression rate and relative expression amount of PLOD1and NFE2L3in colorectal cancer tissues were higher than those in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in gender,age,body mass index(BMI),tumor location and tumor diameter between the metastasis group and the non-metastasis group(P>0.05).There were significant differences in clinical stage,tissue differentiation,and positive rates of PLOD1and NFE2L3between the metastasis group and the non-metastasis group(P<0.05).The values of indexes with statistical differences in univariate analysis were assigned,and the final Logistic regression analysis showed that clinical stage,degree of tissue differentiation,positive expressions of PLOD1and NFE2L3were independent influencing factors of colorectal cancer metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of PLOD1 and NFE2L3in cancer tissues of colorectal cancer patients were significantly upregulated,and their expressions were closely related to the metastasis of colorectal cancer.PLOD1and NFE2L3can be considered as the molecular markers of colorectal cancer metastasis.
