摘要
数字技术赋能养老服务是我国积极应对人口老龄化的重要手段。基于2012年1月至2023年11月间知网、维普、万方等数据库收录有关数字技术赋能养老服务的CSSCI来源期刊论文,运用CiteSpace 6.1 R1,探究数字技术赋能养老服务研究的发文量趋势、作者与机构分布、研究热点、演进趋势,结果显示:发文量变化趋势与数字技术赋能养老服务领域政策演变的三个阶段相一致;发文作者之间、发文机构之间的研究相对独立,整体上没有形成广泛的合作网络和较强的合作关系;“智慧养老”是出现频次最高的一个关键词;研究主题集中于数字技术赋能养老服务的内涵、产业发展、风险及政策四个方面;“人工智能”成为近年来的研究热点,由此产生的伦理问题也受到关注。未来数字技术赋能养老服务研究应当坚持“以老为本”理念,夯实理论基础,加强针对微观主体的实证分析,促进跨机构、跨地域的合作交流。
Empowerment of digital technology to elderly care services is an important means for China to actively respond to population aging.Based on CSSCI source journal articles related to empowerment of digital technology to elderly care services searched in databases such as CNKI,CQVIP,and Wanfang from January 2012 to November 2023,this study uses CiteSpace 6.1 R1 to explore the annual volume of publications on empowerment of digital technology to elderly care services distribution of authors and institutions,research hotspots,and evolutionary trends.The findings shows that the change trend of volume of publications is consistent with the three stages of policy evolution in the field of o empowerment of digital technology to elderly care services.The research among the authors and the research among the institutions is relatively independent,without building a broad cooperation network or strong cooperative relationships."Smart elderly care"is the most frequent keyword,and research topics focus on four aspects of empowerment of digital technology to elderly care services,including its definition,industry development,risks and policy."Artificial intelligence"has become a hot research topic in recent years,and its ethical issues attract attention.In the future,research on empowerment of digital technology to elderly care services should take"elderly-centric"as the core concept,lay a solid theoretical foundation,strengthen the empirical analysis of micro-subjects,and promote cross-institutional and cross-regional cooperation and communication.
