摘要
幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,HP)感染是胃癌发生的主要危险因素,根除HP可以有效降低胃癌的发生率和病死率。然而,大规模的HP根除治疗和抗生素的不规范使用导致HP对多种抗生素的耐药率逐渐升高,成为导致HP根除失败的主要原因。中西医在对耐药HP的治疗中各有优势,二者相结合构成的病证结合个体化诊疗方案有望为耐药HP的治疗提供更为全面、有效的解决方案,为临床治疗提供更多的选择。
Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)infection is a major risk factor for gastric cancer and eradication of H.pylori can effectively reduce the incidence and mortality of gastric cancer.However,large-scale eradication treatments and irregular use of antibiotics have led to a gradual increase in the antibiotic resistance rate of H.pylori,which is the main reason for the failure of H.pylori eradication.Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine each have their own advantages in the treatment of drug-resistant H.pylori.The individualized diagnosis and treatment therapy composed of the combination of the two is expected to provide a more comprehensive and effective solution for the treatment of drug-resistant H.pylori,and provide more choices for clinical treatment.
