摘要
开展高水平的运营管理是医院逐步走向高质量发展的必由之路,是建立完善现代医院管理制度的重要内容,是医院提升组织韧性的重要途径。近年来,国家出台了系列文件,指导公立医院持续推进运营管理工作。案例医院在借鉴国内外医院运营管理典型模式的基础上,在连续4年开展专科运营助理工作的基础上,新建了包含政策研究、运营分析、数据科学和专科运营4个专业组的运营管理部,构建起纵向协同横向联动、以信息化平台为基础的矩阵式运营管理机制。近年来,运营管理持续深化拓展,推动了内涵质量提升和患者体验改善,助推医院高质量发展。
Undertaking high-level operational management is a necessary path for hospitals to achieve high-quality development,an important component of establishing a modern hospital management system,and a vital means to enhance organizational resilience.In recent years,the state has issued a series of documents guiding public hospitals to continuously advance operational management efforts.Based on the typical models of hospital operational management domestically and internationally,and on the foundation of four years of conducting specialized operational assistant work,the case hospital has established a new Operational Management Department comprising four professional groups:policy research,operational analysis,data science,and specialized operations.This department has built a matrix operational management mechanism based on vertical coordination and horizontal linkage,grounded in an informatization platform.In recent years,operational management has continued to deepen and expand,promoting the improvement of inherent quality and patient experience,and boosting the high-quality development of the hospital.
