摘要
目的构建社区糖尿病患者自我管理手册。方法成立研究小组,小组基于文献回顾,采用问卷调查法、半结构式访谈法完成社区糖尿病患者自我管理手册初稿,利用德尔菲法将初稿相关问题向10名专家进行2轮专家函询并分析结果,形成终稿。结果2轮函询的专家意见有效回收率均为100%,专家权威系数分别为0.885和0.905,专家意见协调程度分别为0.357和0.500。终版手册包括一级指标4项(手册介绍、个人基本信息、记录项目和健康教育)、二级指标30项、三级指标118项。结论成功构建社区糖尿病患者自我管理手册,为糖尿病患者长期自我管理提供了一个实用有效的测评工具。
Objective To build a community self-management manual for diabetes patients.Methods A research team was established.Based on literature review,the team completed the first draft of the self-management manual for diabetic patients in the community by questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview.The Delphi method was used to conduct 2 rounds of expert correspondence consultation on the issues related to the first draft to 10 experts and analyze the results to form the final draft.Results The effective recovery rate of expert opinion in the two rounds of correspondence was 100%,the degree of expert authority was 0.885 and 0.905,and the coordination coefficient of expert opinion was 0.357 and 0.500,respectively.The final edition of the manual included 4 first-level indicators(manual introduction,basic personal information,record items and health education),30 second-level indicators and 118 third-level indicators.Conclusion The successful construction of community self-management manual for diabetes patients provides a practical and effective evaluation tool for long-term self-management of diabetes patients.
