摘要
目的探讨基于虚拟仿真技术的护理学基础实训教学与效果评价。方法本研究做非同期对照设计,采用整群抽样法,选取178名中高职贯通护理专业学生为研究对象,2018级58名学生为对照组1,采用传统教学模式;2019级60名学生为对照组2,采用线上理论授课+虚拟仿真实训模式;2020级60名学生为实验组,应用虚拟仿真实训+传统教学模式,课程完成后对3组进行操作考核。结果3组操作考核总分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组护理技能、护理记录项目得分明显高于对照组;3组教学满意度比较差异有统计学意义,实验组各条目得分均较高,提高自主学习能力、提高临床思维能力和提高职业认同感条目得分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论虚拟仿真技术应用于护理学基础实训能有效利用实训时间,提升学生实践技能与综合能力,提高教学质量。
Objective To explore the teaching and effectiveness evaluation of nursing basic practical training based on virtual simulation technology.Methods A non-synchronous control design was conducted in this study with cluster sampling method.178 students majoring in integrated nursing in secondary and higher vocational schools were selected as the research subjects,and 58 students of Grade 2018 were selected as control group,received traditional teaching model.60 students in the 2019 class were selected as control group 2,received online theoretical teaching and ten virtual simulation training model.A total of 60 students in Grade 2020 cohort were selected as the experimental group,and virtual simulation training combined with traditional teaching model was applied.After the course was completed,operational assessments were conducted on three groups.Results There was a statistically significant difference in the total scores of the three groups of operational assessments(P<0.05).The experimental group had significantly higher scores in nursing skills and nursing record items compared to the control group;There was a statistically significant difference in satisfaction with teaching among the three groups.In the experiment,all items scored higher,and there was a statistically significant difference in scores for improving self-taught ability,clinical thinking ability,and professional identity compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of virtual simulation technology in nursing basic practical training can effectively utilize training time,enhance students′practical skills and comprehensive abilities,and improve teaching quality.
