摘要
本文综述了国内外麻醉护理发展现状,分析我国麻醉护理发展困难原因在于麻醉护理专业人才匮乏,教育资源稀缺,学历、职称层次偏低,培育模式简单、缺乏资格认证,麻醉护理法律法规尚未健全,角色定位模糊、工作嵌入水平一般。通过借鉴国外培训与管理经验,分别从国家、学校、医院、科室4个层面阐述应对策略。提倡从观念上重视麻醉护士培养,从法律法规上保障麻醉护士合法权益,以麻醉护士核心能力培养为重点,通过临床教学与效果研究,逐步探索出符合我国国情的麻醉专科护士规范化培训方案,实现麻醉护理事业的长足发展。
This article reviews the development status of anesthesia nursing at home and abroad.The reasons for the difficulties in the development of anesthesia nursing in our country are the lack of professional talents in anesthesia nursing,the scarcity of educational resources,the low level of education and professional titles,the simple training model,the lack of qualification certification,the incompleteness of anesthesia nursing laws and regulations,the vague role positioning,and the general level of job embedding.By learning from foreign training and management experience,the coping strategies are expounded from the four levels of country,school,hospital and department.It is advocated to attach importance to the training of anesthesia nurses from a conceptual perspective,to protect the legitimate rights and interests of anesthetized nurses from the perspective of laws and regulations,and to focus on the training of anesthesia nurses'core abilities.Through clinical teaching and effect research,a standardized training program for anesthesia specialist nurses that conforms to our country's national conditions has been gradually explored,and the rapid development of anesthesia nursing has been achieved.
