摘要
该研究聚焦于养生视角下的健身气功,专注于马王堆导引术的功能分析。通过深度综合考察古代文献、现代医学研究和实际实践,揭示了马王堆导引术在健身气功领域的独特价值和潜在作用。文中挖掘了马王堆导引术的源流和传承脉络,揭示了其在传统医学理念中的重要地位。结合解剖学、生理学和心理学,分析了马王堆导引术对人体的影响,揭示了其在促进气血流通、强化身体素质和平衡身心状态方面的潜在作用。通过实地调查和案例分析,总结了现代人群在实践马王堆导引术过程中的健康变化。最后,提出在科技发展和生活方式变迁的背景下,深化对其机制的解析,结合现代医学手段,明确更加系统和全面评估的未来研究方向。
This study focuses on health qigong from the health perspective,concentrates on the functional analysis of Mawangdui Daoyin Exercises,and reveals the unique value and potential effects of Mawangdui Daoyin Exercises in the field of fitness qigong through an in-depth and comprehensive investigation of ancient literature,contemporary medical research and actual practice.This paper explores the origin and inheritance vein of Mawangdui Daoyin Exercises,revealing their significant position in the concept of traditional medicine,analyzes their impacts on the human body,uncovering their potential effects in promoting Qi-blood circulation,strengthening physical fitness and balancing physical and mental states in combination with anatomy,physiology and psychology,and summarizes the health changes of modern population in the process of practicing Mawangdui Daoyin Exercises through field investigations and case analysis.Finally,this paper proposes to deepen the analysis of their mechanism in the context of scientific and technological development and lifestyle changes,and clarifies a more systematic and comprehensively-evaluated future research direction in combination with modern medical approaches.
