摘要
目的:剖析马王堆导引术“仰呼”动作,阐述该动作在肩颈痛、腰背部疼痛等临床疾病运动处方中应用的可行性。方法:将“仰呼”一式划分为两臂上举、抬头后仰、挺胸塌腰、头转正臂外展、沉肩提踵、屈膝下蹲6个主要动作,运用运动解剖学对其分解动作的功能进行剖析。结果:结合相关文献研究及运动解剖学理论分析认为,“仰呼”一式能有效促进头颈、上肢、下肢、胸椎、腰椎、肩关节等部位的肌群力量和关节功能的改善。结论:“仰呼”一式在增强肌肉力量、牵伸过度紧张的软组织、改善肩胛带的功能、促进血液循环、调节呼吸方式、伸展脊柱以及稳定椎骨间关节等方面有针对性作用,可有效应用在肩颈痛、下腰痛、上交叉综合征、肩胛骨动力障碍等相关疾病的运动处方中。
Objective:To analyze Mawangdui Daoyin"Yang Hu"action,and to expound the feasibility of applying this action in exercise prescription for shoulder and neck pain,low back pain and other clinical diseases.Methods:Divide the"Yang Hu"into"raise arms up","raise head and back","raise chest and lower back","turn head and straighten arms out","sink shoulders and raise heels","bend knees and squat down"6 major actions,and use sports anatomyis to analyze the function of its decomposed action.Results:Combined with relevant literature research and theoretical analysis of sports anatomy,"Yang Hu"can effectively promote the improvement of muscle groups and joint functions in the head and neck,upper limbs,lower limbs,thoracic spine,lumbar spine,shoulder joints and other parts.Conclusion:"Yang Hu"has a targeted role in enhancing muscle strength,stretching over-tensed soft tissues,improving the function of the shoulder girdle,promoting blood circulation,regulating breathing patterns,stretching the spine and stabilizing the intervertebral joints,etc.It can be effectively used in the exercise prescription for shoulder and neck pain,low back pain,upper cross syndrome,scapular dyskinesia and other related diseases.
