摘要
通过对EBZ260M掘锚机钻机液压回路的零部件装配工艺以及连接管路进行研究,使用管端一体成形工艺的高压钢管、滚珠轴承旋转接头等零部件,从生产工艺、装配、管理角度,针对掘锚机钻机回路的连接管路进行优化,增强管路连接刚度,降低了接头预装力矩,避免胶管过度扭曲,实现掘锚机钻机系统液压回路管路的标准化生产和装配。
By studying the assembly technology of components and connection pipe of the drilling hydraulic circuit of EBZ260M anchor excavator and using the high pressure steel pipe and ball bearing rotary joint of the pipe end integrated forming process,the connection pipe of the drilling loop of anchor excavator was optimized from the perspective of production process,assembly and management,so as to enhance the connection stiffness of the pipe,reduce the preassembly torque of the joint,avoid the rubber tube excessive distortion,and realize the standardized production and assembly of the hydraulic circuit pipeline of the anchor excavator drilling system.
