既有建筑中空调系统临时管路改造及不间断运营方案研究

摘要 为确保既有建筑在改建过程中的不间断运营,在现有老建筑的改建案例的基础上,对原有设备的移位、管路的临时改造、新设备与老系统管线的接驳等方面的案例进行了阐述。采用BIM技术模拟了接驳管路优化、设备更新、新老系统切换等环节,并明确了关键工序以及制定了不间断运营方案,确保了大楼内部分设备得以在楼内施工的同时正常运行。总结的经验可为后续其他同类建筑的改造提供参考。 To ensure the Uninterrupted operation during the renovation of existing buildings,based on the renovation cases of existing old buildings,the displacement of original equipment,the temporary modification of pipelines,and the connection between new equipment and old system pipeline are elabrated.And BIM technology is utilized to simulate the optimization of pipeline connections,equipment upgrades,and the switch between old and new systems.Furthermore,the key processes are identified and an uninterrupted operation plan is developed to ensure the normal operation of certain equipment in the building during construction.The summarized experience can provide a reference for the future renovation of similar buildings.
