摘要
以上海港汇恒隆广场主入口改造工程为案例,研究了城市核心区域地铁上盖商业综合体出入口改造关键技术。针对项目紧邻地铁、场地狭小、环境复杂的特点,采用了一系列关键施工技术与防护措施,保证地铁与商业不间断运营,高标准、高质量地完成了地铁上盖商业综合体出入口改造施工,为今后类似地铁上盖出入口改造项目提供借鉴。
Taking the reconstruction project of the main entrance of Shanghai Grand Gateway 66 as a case,this paper studies the key technologies for the entrance and exit reconstruction of the commercial complex on the subway cover in urban core area.According to the characteristics of the project close to the subway,narrow site and complex environment,a series of key construction technologies and protective measures are adopted to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the subway and the commercial business,and the entrance and exit reconstruction of the commercial complex on the subway cover is completed with high standard and high quality,which provides reference for similar subway entrance and exit reconstruction projects in the future.
