给水厂设计中台风暴雨防范技术的应用研究

摘要 X水厂近期设计规模25万m^(3)/d,工艺流程采用预臭氧-网格絮凝-平流沉淀-V型滤池-次氯酸钠消毒。水厂所在地台风暴雨频发,严重影响供水安全。为保证供水,外电采用一级负荷并设置柴油发电机,提高供电保证率;增加混凝剂存储时间至45d以保障台风暴雨期间药剂供应,采用固体药剂减小占地;采用现场制备次氯酸钠替代外购成品消毒剂,避免台风暴雨对消毒剂运输产生影响。为适应高温、高湿的气候特点,优化次氯酸钠储池设计,采用真空吊水启泵,减小泵房埋深。厂区竖向阶梯设计,节省土方;构筑物采用叠合工艺,节省工程用地。 The recent design scale of X water treatment plant was 25×10^(4)m^(3)/d,and the water treatment process of Pre-ozonation contact tank,Grid flocculation tank,Horizontal flow sedimentation tank,V-type filter,Sodium hypochlorite disinfection was adopted.Water supply security was seriously affected by frequent typhoon rainstorms.First class load power supply and diesel generator was adopted to improve power supply assurance factor.The coagulant storage time was increased to 45 d to safeguard coagulant supply during typhoon rainstorms,and solid reagent was applied to reduce land use.The in-site preparation of sodium hypochlorite was adopted to replace bought-out finished unit disinfectant to avoid transport influence of typhoon rainstorms.To adapt to high temperature and high humidity climate,the design of sodium hypochlorite reservoir was majorized and vacuum pump was used to pump start-up to reduce pumping station depth.Vertical staircase design of plant was used to reduce the earth volume and structure superposition process was used to reduce land use.
