摘要
“十四五”期间是有效防控危险废物风险,全面提升危险废物规范化管理水平的重要时期。危险废物具有一种或多种危险特性,不恰当的处置行为会对公众健康构成安全隐患。以宝山工业园区为研究对象,分析调研企业危险废物管理现状及宝山园区危险废物应急处置现状,指出企业在危险废物管理方面存在的问题,并提出相应的应对策略,旨为进一步夯实危险废物监管基础,助力企业危险废物管理规范化。
The“Fourteenth Five Year Plan”period is an important period to effective prevention,control and comprehensively improve the standardized management of hazardous waste.Hazardous waste has one or more hazardous characteristics,and improper disposal behavior will pose a safety hazard to public health.Baoshan Industrial Park was taken as the research object,the current situation of hazardous waste management in enterprise and the status quo of hazardous waste emergency disposal in Baoshan Industrial Park was analyzed and investigated,the problems existing in enterprise hazardous waste management were pointed out,and corresponding countermeasures was put forward.The purpose was to further consolidate the foundation of hazardous waste supervision and help enterprises standardize hazardous waste management.
