摘要
工业废盐是化工、医药、印染等行业典型的工业固体废物,具有种类多、产量大、成分复杂等特点,因具有一种或多种危险特性而被定性为危险废物,若无有效措施使其无害化、减量化和资源化,将严重制约企业生存和发展,并且对生态环境构成潜在的危害,成为亟需解决的环境问题。从工业废盐资源化处理处置的三大阶段,列举了目前国内外工业废盐处理处置技术方法,分析了国内工业废盐资源化所面临的主要问题,给出了点对点(企业对企业)的工业盐综合利用方法的建议,同时指出,出台完善的工业盐标准体系可有力推动工业副产盐实现综合利用。
Industrial waste salt is a typical industrial solid waste in the chemical, pharmaceutical, printing and dyeing industries. It has the characteristics of various, large scale of yields, and complex compositions. It is classified as a hazardous waste because it has one or more hazardous characteristics. If there are no effective measures to make it be harmless, reducing and reclaimable, it will severely restrict the survival and development of enterprises, and pose potential harm to the ecological environment, which will become an environmental problem that needs to be solved urgently. From the three stages of industrial waste salt resource treatment and disposal, this article introduces the current treatment and disposal technology methods of waste salt in domestic and foreign industries, analyzes the main problems faced by domestic industrial waste salt resource utilization, and gives suggestions on comprehensive utilization of industrial salt as point-to-point(industry-to-industry). In the meanwhile, it points out that the introduction of a complete industrial salt standard system can effectively promote the comprehensive utilization of industrial by-product salt.
