胡萝卜根腐病病原菌鉴定及品种抗病性评价

摘要 根腐病是内蒙古胡萝卜主产区的一种严重病害,为鉴定病原菌和筛选抗病品种,采用组织分离法分离了病原菌,用肉质根接种法进行了致病性测定,并通过形态学和分子生物学的方法对病原菌进行鉴定,对20个主产区常用品种进行了抗病性评价。结果表明:内蒙古乌兰察布地区胡萝卜根腐病的病原菌为茄病镰刀菌(Fusarium solani),从供试品种中筛选到1个高抗品种(华耐七号),促进了胡萝卜根腐病抗病基因挖掘和抗病品种的选育。 Root rot is a serious disease in the main production area of carrots in Inner Mongolia.In order to identify the pathogen and screen out resistant varieties,the pathogens were isolated by using tissue isolation method,pathogenicity was determined by using fleshy root inoculation method,and the pathogens were identified through morphological and molecular biology methods.The disease resistances of root rot of 20 varieties commonly used in the main production area were evaluated.The results showed that the pathogen of carrot root rot in the Ulanqab area of Inner Mongolia was Fusarium solani,and one highly resistant variety('Huanai No.7')was selected from the tested varieties.The findings provided the exploration of carrot root rot resistance genes and the selection of carrot resistant varieties.
