摘要
为探讨一种系统的方法论来科学识别和评估水电站电气设备中的危险源,并提供安全管理的理论与实践指导,对水利水电工程现场潜在风险进行定性和定量分析,开发了风险评估软件工具等。研究结果表明,通过实施综合性数据管理系统、数字仿真与建模,以及开发风险评估软件工具,可以提高安全管理的效率,降低事故发生概率,优化资源分配,提高事故应对能力。科学的风险评估方法与技术的应用能显著提高水利水电工程安全管理的精准度和效率,为水利水电工程的可持续发展提供保障。
To explore a systematic methodology for scientifically identifying and evaluating hazards in electrical equipment of hydropower stations,and to provide theoretical and practical guidance for safety management,qualitative and quantitative analysis of potential risks in water conservancy and hydropower engineering sites was conducted,and risk assessment software tools were developed.The research results indicate that implementing a comprehensive data management system,digital simulation and modeling,and developing risk assessment software tools can improve the efficiency of safety management,reduce the probability of accidents,optimize resource allocation,and enhance accident response capabilities.The application of scientific risk assessment methods and technologies can significantly improve the accuracy and efficiency of safety management in water conservancy and hydropower projects,providing guarantees for the sustainable development of water conservancy and hydropower projects.
