摘要
KDF2滤棒成型机的滤棒条导轨毛刷在剔除滤棒时,会因弯曲和摩擦导致变形和严重磨损,使得毛刷约束导向能力下降,可能会造成滤棒在进入分烟轮时产生皱头、跑条等问题,会严重影响滤棒的品质和生产效率。为解决上述问题,该文设计一种新型KDF2滤棒成型机导轨。设计负压装置与所设计导轨相连接,通过导轨上设置的负压孔的吸附作用代替原有毛刷的纵向导向功能,并由负压控制装置对负压装置进行调控。另外,所设计导轨设置剔除气孔,保证横向剔除功能正常运行。实例结果表明,所设计导轨符合设备稳定运行要求的同时克服在滤棒生产过程中频繁出现的滤棒触头、卡棒、滤棒跑条问题和调整精确度难以控制的缺陷,提升设备有效作业率,并且降低滤棒废品率。
When removing the filter rod,the filter rod guide brush of KDF2 filter rod making machine will cause deformation and serious wear due to bending and friction,which will reduce the restraint and guidance ability of the brush,which may cause problems such as wrinkled head and running strip when the filter rod enters the smoke separating wheel,which will seriously affect the quality and production efficiency of the filter rod.In order to solve the above problems,a new guide rail of KDF2 filter rod making machine is designed in this paper.The negative pressure device is connected with the designed guide rail,and the longitudinal guiding function of the original brush is replaced by the adsorption of the negative pressure hole on the guide rail,and the negative pressure control device regulates the negative pressure device.In addition,the designed guide rail is provided with ejector holes to ensure the normal operation of the horizontal ejector function.The results of the example show that the designed guide rail meets the requirements of stable operation of the equipment,overcomes the problems of filter rod contact,stick,filter rod running,and the defects of adjustment accuracy that are difficult to control frequently in the process of filter rod production,improves the effective operation rate of the equipment,and reduces the rejection rate of filter rod.
