污水厂进出水口径处理量统计偏差分析与优化

摘要 处理水量是城镇污水处理厂排污管理、运行控制、日常统计分析的基础,其准确计量对污水厂的安全、平稳、低碳运营至关重要。由于进、出水两种口径的处理水量统计常存在一定的偏差,且当流量波动较大或水量较低时,偏差较为明显。因此,本文通过分析偏差产生的原因,提出优化方法;通过水平衡分析各进出水路径水量,优化统计口径,减小误差;通过优化设计、安装、运行维护、校准与检定过程,提高计量精度。 The amount of treated water is the basis of sewage management,operation control and daily statistical analysis of urban sewage treatment plants,and its accurate measurement is crucial to the safe,stable and low-carbon operation of sewage treatment plants.Because there is always a certain deviation in the statistics of treated water quantity of inlet and outlet caliber,and the deviation is more obvious when the flow fluctuation is large or the water quantity is low.Therefore,by analyzing the causes of deviation,this paper puts forward the optimization method.Through the water balance analysis of water flow in and out of each water path,optimize the statistical caliber and reduce the error.By optimizing the process of design,installation,operation and maintenance,calibration and verification,the measurement accuracy is improved.
