传承耕读文化推进知农爱农新型人才培养模式创新——以山东农业大学为例

摘要 传承耕读文化,扎根“三农”沃土,培养知农爱农新型人才,是当前涉农高校人才培养的重要内容。山东农业大学以耕读教育为核心,以耕读课程为载体,以耕读师资为保障,以耕读平台为关键,推进农科人才培养模式创新,传承弘扬耕读文化,探索构建以“耕”树德、以“耕”增智、以“耕”强体、以“耕”育美、以“耕”创新的“五育并举”人才培养模式。 In the realm of contemporary agricultural education,it is crucial for colleges and universities to nurture a culture of cultivation and reading,grounded in the rich context of “agriculture,rural areas,and farmers”.This approach aims to produce new talent that is both knowledgeable about and passionate for the agricultural sector.Shandong Agricultural University has made cultivation and reading education its centerpiece,utilizing specialized curricula,dedicated faculty,and robust platforms to advance innovative agricultural talent training models.The university is committed to preserving and promoting the culture of cultivation and reading.Shandong Agricultural University has pioneered the “five education modes” approach to talent cultivation,which fosters moral character,intellectual growth,physical well-being,ethical development,and innovative thinking through the lens of cultivation.This integrated strategy ensures a well-rounded and agriculturally literate graduate.
