摘要
组装后的轴承可以保证铁路货车稳定地运行,为了提高轴承振动信号在不同失效模式下的稳定性,提出基于模式识别技术的铁路货车轴承智能组装系统设计。通过设计铁路货车轴承自动压装电机、轴端信息采集器和全自动型合套装球机,完成系统的硬件设计;在系统的软件设计中,利用模式识别技术,识别出铁路货车轴承表面的温度,根据轴承表面的温度,计算铁路货车轴承传热,结合铁路货车轴承智能组装算法的设计,实现铁路货车轴承的智能组装。测试结果表明,文中系统可以过滤掉铁路货车轴承振动信号中的噪声,提高轴承振动信号在不同失效模式下的稳定性。
The assembled bearings can ensure the stable operation of railway freight cars.In order to improve the stability of bearing vibration signals under different failure modes,an intelligent assembly system design of railway freight car bearings based on pattern recognition technology is proposed.The hardware design of the system is completed through the design of the automatic press mounting motor for railway freight car bearings,the shaft end information collector and the full-automatic combined ball machine;In the software design of the system,the pattern recognition technology is used to identify the temperature of the bearing surface of the railway freight car.According to the temperature of the bearing surface,the heat transfer of the railway freight car bearing is calculated.Combined with the design of the intelligent assembly algorithm of the railway freight car bearing,the intelligent assembly of the railway freight car bearing is realized.The test results show that the system can filter out the noise in the bearing vibration signal of railway freight cars,and improve the stability of the bearing vibration signal under different failure modes.
