船舶垂荡运动下转子-隔振系统的非线性动力学分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了分析船舶垂荡运动下气囊-浮筏隔振装置耦合转子系统的运动规律,建立了船体垂荡作用下具有气囊-浮筏隔振装置的转子-轴承系统动力学模型。采用数值方法对系统的稳态响应进行仿真计算,讨论了转子系统随转速变化的非线性动力学特性,以及气囊-浮筏隔振装置对转子系统振动的抑制效果。结果表明:随着转子转速的增加,转子系统的动力学响应出现拟周期、多分支拟周期以及混沌等复杂的非线性动力学现象。在较宽的转速范围内,气囊-浮筏隔振装置能够有效抑制转子系统的振动,并能滞后和限制转子进入混沌状态。 In order to analyze the motion law of coupled rotor-bearing system and air bag-floating raft vibration isolator under the condition of ship heaving motion,the dynamic model of a rotor-bearing system with air bag-floating raft vibration isolator under heaving motion was established.The nonlinear dynamic characteristics of the system with different speed and the suppression effect of the air bag-floating raft vibration isolator on the vibration of the rotor system were analyzed by numerical method.The results show that with the increase of rotor speed,the dynamic response of rotor system appears complex nonlinear dynamic phenomena such as pseudo-period,pseudo-period of multiple branch and chaos.In a wide range of rotating speed,the air bag-floating raft vibration isolator can effectively suppress the vibration of the rotor system,and lag or limit the rotor into chaotic state.
