摘要
分析了EPC总承包模式在风景园林工程中的适用性和必要性,并从设计管理、采购管理、施工管理等方面出发,总结EPC总承包模式的应用要点,旨在提高设计、采购、施工的交叉协调性,实现提高质量、缩短工期、节约成本、生态环保的管理效果。
This paper analyzes the applicability and necessity ofEPC general contracting mode in landscape engineering,and summarizes the application points of EPC general contracting mode from the aspects of design management,procurement management and construction management,aiming to improve the cross-coordination of design,procurement and construction,and realize the management effect of improvingquality,shortening construction period,saving cost and ecological environmental protection.
